Residents will see that a start has been made on the construction of the temporary route across Town Moor with set up works having commenced in mid August.

We have co-ordinated our activities with the organisers of the TIMBERTOWN event so as to ensure that the event is not disrupted and have therefore limited our activities to preparatory works where possible.

The main construction works on the road section will commence in earnest after the TIMBERTOWN event has ended
