In accordance with our commitment of keeping residents informed of works that are to be undertaken on the site, we would like to announce the programme of works leading up to Christmas.

 Initially some tree clearance will be undertaken to allow the hoarding to be erected on the correct line.  These works will commence w/b 7^th December and last for approximately one week.

The erection of the hoarding will follow thereafter with the main part of the hoarding being erected in the remainder of the run up to Christmas. 
The notice boards will also be erected at this time.

Minor demolition works to the derelict buildings at Jenkinsons Yard are programmed to start on the 21^st December, with the removal of asbestos preceding the demolition.

The pump test originally programmed for this year has now been re-scheduled for January 2010 and more details will follow in the New Year.
