We are pleased to invite you to the pre-start exhibition which will be held at the Thames Hotel on Ray Mead Road, Maidenhead on the 10^th of September 2009.

The meeting will be run as an open house session where residents can drop in at any time between 2pm and 8pm and meet the project team, which will include the main contractor, along with our noise and air quality experts.

This format will enable residents to meet our project team on a one to one basis and ask any questions about any aspect of the project. We would encourage all residents who live near the site to try and attend at some point during the session.

We previously received a number of questions from residents which were put forward during the production of the Communications Protocol.

Their questions related to issues such as:

• Measures to prevent mud being deposited on roads (wheel washing)
• Security
• Dust suppression measures
• Noise control measures
• Overall programme of work

Responses to these and other questions are posted on the FAQ’s area of this website.

If residents have any further questions which do not appear on the aforementioned list, then we would encourage them to be submitted to us before the exhibition so that we can provide a response on the actual day, or post them on the website as and when they are received.
