Yes. The planning permission allows work to take place on site only between 0800 - 1800 hours on Mondays to Fridays and 0800 - 1300 hours on Saturdays. No work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

There is a further restriction on Heavy Goods Vehicles to prevent them entering or leaving the site outside the hours of 0900 - 1700 hours Mondays to Fridays and 0900 - 1300 hours on Saturdays. This is to avoid lorry movements during morning and evening peak times.
