The site will be hoarded to provide an acoustic barrier.

We have provided details to the Council, including acoustic specifications, of each item of fixed and mobile plant and machinery to be used on the site.

The noise levels from the operation will be strictly monitored at the site boundary (above the hoarding) to ensure that they do not exceed agreed levels.

In the event that levels are exceeded this will trigger visual and audible alarms. The operation deemed to be causing the breach will be ceased within 5 minutes.

All results from the monitoring will be logged and made available for public inspection.
